Employee Relations Consultants provide professional guidance and consultation to University employees, managers, supervisors and administrators on a variety of Human Resources issues that affects the work environment. Employee Relations provides the following services:
- Independent counseling to resolve work related problems that may relate to job performance, corrective action plans and/or progressive discipline
- Develop, interpret and administer University policies and procedures
- Coordinate services provided by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Administer the Staff Dispute Resolution process
- Monitor the Employee Performance Evaluation process
- Administer Employee Recognition Programs and Service Awards
- Conduct training on a variety of Human Resources and Employment Topics
